Job Summary
This is a part-time/full-time on-site role for a Bike Shop Associate at RiderOutlets located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Bike Shop Associate will be responsible for sales, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, assembling bikes, posting and responding to online listings, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Inventory management and Maintenance skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to assist in event coordination and Community outreach
Preferences （But not necessary）
- Prior interest in bikes or dirt bikes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- English and Chinese speaker
- Prior bike assembly skills
- Willingness to be included in content/on camera
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
