About the Job
Sky Zone is all about fun, energy, and unforgettable experiences! As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first face guests see when they walk in. Your job is to make them feel welcome, help them choose the best way to jump, and make sure they leave excited to come back.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with energy and a smile.
- Help guests with jump passes, parties, and events.
- Upsell memberships to every guest—because memberships are the best way to play at Sky Zone!
- Ring up sales quickly and accurately on the POS system.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
- Answer questions and solve problems with a positive attitude.
- Work with your team to keep the park safe and fun.
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing and friendly—you like talking to people.
- Comfortable suggesting upgrades and selling memberships.
- Reliable and ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous sales or retail experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
