We’re looking for a Sales Associate in Orlando, FL.
The ideal candidate must be based in the Orlando, FL area and able to travel to client meetings and events (primarily local). This role also requires working regularly from our Orlando office.
About the Job
As a Sales Associate at Access, you will build on internal partnerships and start to develop self-generated opportunities. This is an entry-level position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Sales and Creative teams, including vendor/venue bookings, transportation, site visits, program proposals, budgets and all aspects of the sales process.
- Salesforce database management.
- Manage vendor bookings and holds.
- Proactive schedule planning for the sales team.
- Act as the out-of-office point person for various sales managers during site visits, FAMS and precons.
- Assist with various administrative tasks for the sales team, creative team and leadership teams.
