Position: Full-Spectrum Sales Specialist (B2B & B2C)
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Biweekly Office Visits in Santa Fe Springs, CA)
We are a boutique company based in Santa Fe Springs, California, with over 20 years of history in crafting and selling MOVA Globes—luxury, handcrafted globes that rotate silently using ambient light and the Earth’s magnetic field. These stunning pieces blend art and science, making them a favorite among designers, collectors, and premium gift buyers.
As our brand continues to grow, we are looking for two dynamic sales professionals to join our team and help expand our presence in both B2B and B2C markets.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain B2B relationships with design firms, gift distributors, premium retailers, and corporate clients
Operate and manage B2C sales systems (e.g., order processing, shipping coordination, customer data management)
Communicate with B2C customers to resolve order, product, or post-sale issues in a timely and professional manner
Promote and sell customized MOVA Globes for corporate gifting and brand collaborations
Attend trade shows and promotional events during off-peak seasons to boost brand visibility and sales
Support online sales and customer service during peak seasons
Conduct in-person visits to potential clients as needed
Attend biweekly meetings at our Santa Fe Springs office
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
Proficiency in sales system operations, especially Shopify
Experience in corporate gifting, brand partnerships, or custom product sales is a strong plus
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with hybrid work (remote + field visits)
Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings
Must be able to pass a background check
