We are seeking a dynamic highly motivated individual to join the Evergreen Family. This candidate will display a positive attitude and will oversee residential sales for the company. In addition to sales the candidate will also be responsible for developing and generating sales leads and referrals by calling on property management companies, attending local events, ect.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years’ experience of kitchen table sales in the home service industry. He or she also has a proven track record of successful results. The primary goal will be to meet or exceed projected sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
HVAC Comfort Consultant Responsibilities
· Identify and seek out potential customers for new HVAC services
· Build and maintain strong customer relations
· Develop a compelling sales presentation to offer all prospective customers
· Follow all internal processes and procedures as they pertain to the installation process
· Communicate with internal team members to convey all the details of work to be completed
· Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales budget
· Turn in all documents related to the installation of new equipment in a timely manner and filled out in its entirety
