Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling and inside sales techniques to generate leads and build relationships.
- Analyze customer requirements and present appropriate products or services to meet their needs.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the territory.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Demonstrated success in territory management and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at various levels.
- Experience in cold calling and inside sales is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
