This position supports builders, interior designers, and homeowners in choosing stylish, functional hardware for residential and light commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Assist clients with selecting door, cabinet, and bath hardware
- - Prepare detailed quotes and manage custom orders
- - Maintain clean, well-organized, and attractive product displays
- - Collaborate with builders and designers to meet project specs
- - Stay up-to-date on design trends, finishes, and code requirements
- - Provide post-sale guidance on installation and product care
Qualifications:
- - Experience in hardware, home improvement, or building materials retail
- - Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills
- - Excellent customer service and communication skills
- - Ability to lift and organize hardware inventory as needed
