Job Summary
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves working closely with both the sales team and customers to facilitate smooth sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements and events
- Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
- Communicate with customers to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues
- Support the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Utilize territory management techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify potential upselling opportunities to increase revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with market trends

Requirements
- Prior experience in sales management or related field
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and inside sales techniques
- Knowledge of technology sales and understanding of market dynamics
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel or move locally for errands and store-related tasks
- Reliable in managing schedules and overseeing training logistic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
