As a Sales & Customer Service Associate at Massage Envy Moreno Valley, you’ll be the first face people see — and the reason they keep coming back. We’re more than just a spa — we’re a wellness community, and our front desk team drives that mission forward every single day.
What You’ll Do:
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage, skincare, and assisted stretch
- Selling memberships that support long-term wellness (and earning commission when you do!).
- Sell retail products based on recommendations from estheticians
- Build strong relationships with guests to support long-term membership retention
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and phone/email communication
Pay & Perks:
- $16.75 – $17.50/hr + commission on every membership sold

Schedule:
- Part-time; schedules are provided monthly
- Must be available for evening shifts and at least two weekend days
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Are confident in closing sales (memberships and retail)
- Are goal-oriented and driven by commission
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Are 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have prior sales or customer service experience (preferred)
