Part-Time Sales/Customer Service Representative

Hours: 20–30 hours per week, including Saturdays
Pay: Starting pay $18 per hour

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers in-store, process orders, and provide product knowledge to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and assist with product selection
· Process sales transactions and special orders
· Provide accurate product and sizing information
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
· Assist with merchandising and inventory tasks as needed
· Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries promptly
Qualifications:
· Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
· Retail or customer service experience preferred
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
· Basic computer and POS system skills
· Availability to work Saturdays
