- Partner with Sales to support customer meetings, presentations, and ad hoc requests (e.g., spec sheets, CADs, samples), while driving regional sales growth through competitive insights and tailored solutions
- Lead the execution and adoption of sales enablement tools and processes (e.g., HighSpot), and support training deployment and strategic initiatives
- Translate industry intel into strategies and solutions that address customer sustainability challenges – especially important in the Western region
- Coordinate responses to new Requests for Proposal (RFP) and on-boarding of new business, including direct customer engagements on the NBRF process, including substrate and product recommendations & collaboration with supply chain & operations
- Co-manage and maintain all Foodservice reference material, reference library, and share the responsibility for routing online inquiries for the Foodservice business
- Manage the folding-carton portion of our stock Foodservice portfolio, including product introductions, transitions, and aged inventory. Provide backup support for the stock cup portfolio
- Assist and support all new-product commercialization activities
- Drive meaningful product innovation by incorporating sustainability insights and evolving market needs
- Advance brand equity initiatives through the integration of GPI logos across key stock-printed SKUs
- Co-manage our e-marketing platforms (ACES, website, JavaStock, sample center)
- Support Sales & Marketing reporting, including financial and marketing analysis, as well as external customer-specific reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives that support sales growth, business needs, and product innovation
- Own the Weekly Specials communication, curating headlines, trends, and industry developments relevant to the Foodservice business
- Support the optimization of commercial systems and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, QlikCloud, Cup, SAP) to improve data, forecasting, and decision-making
- Manage all aspects of both Industry and Customer trade shows (must be able to travel)
- Represent Foodservice interests in customer sustainability programs, regulatory conversations, industry forums, including participation with Foodservice Packaging Institute, American Forest & Paper Association, and Resource Recycling Systems
- BA or equivalent + 10 yrs related experience, or MA + 8 yrs related experience
- Strong preference for experience in the Foodservice industry in the areas of marketing and sustainability

Pay Range: $115,350 - $153,800
