WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Development Strategist who will report to the Director of GTM Strategy and Operations and directly support the Sales Development Lead in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to bolster global sales efforts. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling sales narratives, enriching the toolkit, and ensuring uniform excellence across our market presence. You will be a beacon of knowledge and support for our sales teams, providing tailored resources to meet the diverse demands of our customer base.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Create and disseminate global sales development and marketing materials, aligning closely with New Product Solutions (NPS), Marketing, Insights, and Sales teams to curate innovative offerings and packages that resonate with key customer segments.
  • Build sales development tools, including pitch decks, fact sheets, competitive analyses, and objection handling, facilitating an impactful sales narrative and a persuasive selling process.
  • Express the value proposition and benefits of Ad’s products, solutions, and audience by strategically weaving this knowledge into all sales collateral.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure that sales narratives are communicated and understood, collect feedback on how to improve stories for the region to build awareness, enable sales, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to seize opportunities to engage the digital advertising market, crafting and distributing compelling narratives and press materials.
  • Support the Sales Development Lead with designing and implementing a comprehensive framework for sales pitches and media kits to enhance the sales team's efficacy and ensure quality consistency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to evolve our sales marketing strategy proactively, identifying emerging marketing opportunities and client requirements.
Required Experience and Education:
  • 4 years’ experience w/ Bachelor's Degree or 8 years experience without degree.
  • Experience in sales development, sales marketing, or similar areas with a strong focus on narrative crafting, packaging, and storytelling for digital advertising.
  • Familiar with Atlassian (Confluence), MediaFly, and other content distribution systems.
  • Familiar with third-party insights platforms (e.g., eMarketer, Nielsen, ComScore, etc.)
  • (Preferred) Previously owned sales, marketing, or sales development programs.
  • (Preferred) Deep experience in the digital ads industry.

  • (Preferred) Competent in graphical design to not depend on other professionals to ship materials, i.e., Adobe Photoshop.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
