Sales Enablement Industry Project Manager will play a vital role in supporting the North America Sales Enablement (NA SE) Industry and Middle Market Team by leading and coordinating projects that drive industry-focused growth, sales operations excellence, and enablement initiatives across the sub-region.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry-Focused Project Management:
Collaborate with the NA SE Industry Leader, team analysts, and commercial/industry leaders to develop and implement project plans that align with the team’s industry growth strategies and sales priorities. -
Support Execution of Industry Growth Initiatives:
Coordinate and support the Team in driving key industry-specific growth strategies, working cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and solution line teams to ensure measurable results. -
Team and Stakeholder Enablement:
Provide project management and organizational support to the Team, helping to set priorities, track progress, and ensure alignment across analysts and stakeholders in the industry verticals. -
Enablement Program Delivery:
Assist in the creation, distribution, and lifecycle management of industry-specific sales content, playbooks, and training materials. Support onboarding, quarterly training, and enablement events tailored to the needs of the Team. -
Process Optimization and Change Management:
Find opportunities to streamline and improve industry enablement and sales operations processes, drive adoption of new processes, and communicate changes to ensure efficiency and scalability across the team. -
Reporting and Insights:
Support the NA SE Industry Leader by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on industry-specific metrics, KPIs, and project status to provide insight into pipeline growth, account performance, and enablement impact. -
Event and Meeting Coordination:
Handle logistics for industry-focused enablement events, business reviews, and regular NA SE Industry Team meetings to foster collaboration and alignment. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with shared services, IT, and other support teams to leverage resources, drive technology integration (e.g., CRM, sales enablement platforms), and ensure consistent application of standard processes within the industry team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably supporting sales, marketing, enablement, or industry teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional industry teams.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office), sales analytics, and CRM/sales platforms.
- Experience in sales enablement or sales operations, ideally within an industry-focused team.
- Knowledge of North America industry market dynamics and sales strategies.

- Enablement initiatives that are scalable, measurable, and aligned with the Team’s strategic goals.
Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position is $92,000 - $122,700 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
