Job Description:
We’re looking for a Sales & Fulfillment Associate who can thrive in both customer-facing retail and back-of-house e-commerce operations. You’ll be helping customers in-store while also ensuring that online orders are packed and shipped with care.
Responsibilities:
Sales (In-Store):
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Assist shoppers with sizing, fit, and product questions
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support in-store events and product launches
Fulfillment (Online Orders):
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory and restocking
- Assist with incoming shipments and product organization
- Use Shopify to manage orders (Shopify experience is a big plus)
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Interest in streetwear, sports, or fashion is a plus
- Familiarity with Shopify is a major bonus
- Must be available during operating hours (typically 8:30AM–5PM)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
