Sales Leader
Location: Colorado Springs, CO Compensation: $90,000 - $180,000+ (Commission & Override – No Salary, No Cap) Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
Sell directly to homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer by Executing a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results Drive accountability and push your team to hit revenue goals Earn commissions on your sales + overrides on team performance
