- Proven track record in sales growth with strong B2B experience
- Expertise in mechanical products, equipment, manufacturing systems, and custom products
- Ability to work in a sales engineering role with customers
- Experience supporting international clients and sales representatives
- Knowledge of overseas business development strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software, and sales tools
- Strong online presentation skills
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of 10 years, experience in a growing sales operation
- Proven experience with B2B sales and building customer relationships
- Proven managerial experience with sales teams and technical products.
- Mechanical, technical, engineering experience is ideal
- Comfortable with customers and measuring solutions
- Ability to understand and explain engineering solutions
- Innovative & creative participation with sales and engineering design teams

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
