The Sales Manager, you will:
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. Utilize ERP tools to track and report sales activities.
- Lead a team of designer/sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients, identifying needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our client base. Assist in company-wide marketing communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a sales role, preferred within the landscape/construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of landscape construction processes, horticulture, and materials, preferred.
