What You’ll Be Driving (Metaphorically Speaking):
- Co-Lead our high-performing sales team with energy, enthusiasm, and the occasional pep talk.
- Hire, train, and mentor sales consultants to be their best—without micromanaging like a 2000s sitcom boss.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, from inventory to deal flow.
- Collaborate with our finance team to ensure customers are smiling all the way to the credit check.
- Deliver a Red Rock-caliber customer experience: honest, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
- Keep things moving fast, fun, and always forward.
What’s In Your Toolbelt:
- 2+ years of automotive sales management experience (or you’ve sold enough to know what winning feels like).
- Are, or were, you a F&I leader looking to up your game?
- Leadership style that’s more “lead by example” and less “do as I say.”
- Strong grasp of finance, sales processes, and dealership operations.
- An eye for talent, a knack for motivation, and a way with words.
- A valid driver’s license and a love for all things on four wheels.
