Larson Keeney Home Services is hiring an Outside Sales Manager for our Sales Department as a full-time job in Madison, WI. As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a high-performing field sales team, drive strategic growth, and foster strong client relationships. As an Outside Sales Manager, you’ll report directly to the Director of Sales and work cross-functionally with production, sales, and customer service teams to drive results and maintain excellence across all sales operations.
Job Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in sales management
Ability to lead team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions
Experience with performance improvement plans and team development
Proficiency with CRM tools and timely data entry
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Willingness to conduct ride-alongs and work evening appointments
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding sales talent
Strong organizational skills and accountability in reporting and goal tracking
Commitment to community involvement through Builders Associations
Ability to coordinate with sales, production, and marketing for lead generation
