Position Summary
This is a leadership role for a hands-on, high-performing sales professional. As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of acquisition specialists—providing coaching, accountability, and strategic guidance—while remaining actively involved in deal-making. You’ll foster a culture of growth, hustle, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage the Team: Set expectations, drive accountability, and manage team performance.
- Coach & Mentor: Provide consistent training, support, and role-play sessions to sharpen skills.
- Facilitate Daily Dial Sessions: Keep energy high and focus sharp during outbound calling blocks.
- Track KPIs: Monitor metrics to evaluate performance and optimize sales strategies.
- Close Deals: Stay active in the sales process—handling calls, negotiations, and contracts.
- Cultivate Culture: Build a positive, competitive, and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct Reviews: Deliver feedback and development plans to help your team grow.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven success in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a sales team
- Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and competitive
- Familiar with CRM tools and KPI tracking
- Based in the U.S. and authorized to work

- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year + uncapped commissions
- Remote Work: 100% work-from-home (U.S. only)
