· We are hiring for a visionary and strategic leader for a role focused on Franchise.
· This position is integral to shaping the strategic direction and leading innovative approach to win in franchise.
· The lead will serve as a dedicated strategic resource, focusing on expanding market share and capitalizing on franchise growth opportunities.
· The role entails comprehensive oversight of business performance monitoring, market trend analysis, market sizing, customer preference insights, and competitive landscape evaluation to formulate a robust franchise acquisition strategy.
· This role will be responsible for channel pursuit strategies, customer acquisition plays, develop products and processes, and utilize data analytics to optimize location targeting.
· Collaboration across sales segments, coordination with the product teams, and partner commercialization teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
· This role is an in-office opportunity, 5 days a week in Dallas.
