As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales contractor to help us scale impact and enrollment.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales & Outreach Specialist to lead Posh Life’s client acquisition efforts. You will be the engine behind our membership growth, responsible for outreach, lead follow-up, and converting prospects into raving clients. This is a contractor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an outbound and inbound sales strategy tailored for the boutique fitness and wellness space
- Make daily cold calls, follow-up calls, and personalized outreach to leads via phone, text, and email
- Track leads using our CRM or scheduling software (e.g. Arketa) and maintain detailed notes on conversion status
- Conduct sales consultations for potential members and follow up to close deals
- Collaborate with studio leadership on refining scripts, campaigns, and offers that resonate with our audience
- Analyze sales data weekly and report on pipeline health, lead sources, and close rate trends
- Attend in-person community events or activations to generate local awareness and leads (as needed)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in a fitness, gym, or Pilates studio setting (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong cold calling and direct outreach experience; comfortable initiating contact with new prospects
- Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed sales targets, preferably in a high-end service environment
- Experience with CRM systems and strong organizational skills
- Passion for wellness and ability to speak fluently about Pilates and luxury fitness experiences
- Self-starter mindset with a go-getter attitude—hungry, polished, and persuasive
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with studio software platforms like Arketa, MindBody, or ClassPass
- Experience selling high-ticket memberships, private sessions, or luxury services
- Background in performance marketing or social media outreach to generate leads
Compensation:
- Contract-based hourly rate
- Sales commission structure based on membership or package sales
- Flexible schedule with a mix of remote and in-person availability
