Retail Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Must have a stable work history
- Must have open availability: day shift, evening shift until 8:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays
- Self-motivated to achieve goals. Own your success.
- At least 1 year of “suggestive selling” experience is preferred
- Skills: Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, Customer Focus, Driven, Continuous Improvement, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Listening, and Verbal Communication Skills
Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Create a fun, engaging & easy shopping experience for our guests.
- Participates in a culture of enthusiasm, effort, and passion around serving our guests.
- Maintains up-to-date training and shares product knowledge with guests.
- Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads & referrals. Respond to social media inquiries to discuss their needs.
- Shares information about financing options, warranties & delivery arrangements.
- Submits accurate purchase orders
- Maintains the reputation of the store by addressing guest concerns quickly & efficiently.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and sharing best practices with a peer group.
