As a Sales Rep and Member Services Coach, you will be responsible for driving sales for a territory of KidStrong centers. In this critical position, the Sales Rep must demonstrate a deep understanding of the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals with a commission bonus structure in place. The Sales Rep must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up. Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must. Dedication to building the lead pipeline through community engagement and self-generated partnerships is required.
The Sales Rep must execute sound communication with the centers they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong journey. Exceptional Sales Rep will maintain great relationships with families they enroll in order to drive retention and to serve as an ongoing source of referrals.
Availability to work the schedule required. This is not a 9a-5p job. Mobility to support the territory is required. The role is based from home 25% of the time, making phone calls / texting to potential members. The remaining 75% will be spent in center, interacting with parents during classes, camps, birthday parties and during marketing/sales events within the community. Flexibility in their availability is required Sales Rep will work 4 week days and 1 weekend day with specific hours based on the needs of the centers they support. Weekend Days to rotate as per operational need.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads (200+ calls/ texts per day is a typical outbound phone sales effort)
- Properly manages and exceeds all KidStrong sales and operational budgets
- Oversee the sales process and systems. Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required; GloFox, Podium, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and Slack.
- Work closely with Operations Lead Coaches on seamless process for observations, trials, and enrollments
- Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong corporate/owner requests and client/ lead requests
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity
- Create and implement quarterly community engagement plans to drive lead generation and support brand awareness
- Proactively source partnerships and corporate sales opportunities
- Attend team meetings as required and support center level initiatives i.e. center maintenance, trainings, etc.
- Sales Manger with work from home 25% of the time, 75% of the time will be spent in center or in the community. Varying weekend hours based on the needs of the center that needs support.
- Trained and certified as a Coach to understand the monthly programing by being able to coach 1 class a week and be out on the blue floor to support trails and existing members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (200+ calls/texts per day is a typical outbound phone sales effort)
- Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
- Demonstrated urgency during promotional cycles to maximize return on ad spend
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
- Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products
- 2+ years of experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is strongly preferred
