SALES PROFESSIONAL – NEW ENGLAND TERRITORY (BOSTON-BASED)

We are immediately hiring a SALES PROFESSIONAL to grow and support our business across NEW ENGLAND territory, with a home base in BOSTON. You have a strong track record of success in developing and winning business with commercial contractors, flooring installers, specifiers, architects, and other key influencers. This is a field sales role with daily territory travel and some overnight stays.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of ARDEX and HENRY® products
- Generate leads and secure new business opportunities
- promote products through hands-on demos, presentations, and professional displays
- Build strong relationships with distributor partners, contractors, architects, and key decision-makers
- Provide field service and support (job start assistance, bid prep, training)
- Offer technical recommendations in partnership with our expert technical team
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams-Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, and Logistics-to ensure top-tier service
- Represent ARDEX with exceptional professionalism and customer-first mindset
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (required)
- Industry knowledge: building materials essential; flooring installation systems a plus
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with architectural specs and construction design
- Strong professional ethics, sound judgment, and business integrity
- High energy, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
- Confident presenter, able to conduct demos and technical discussions
- Must be able to lift to 70 lbs on occasion with or without assistance, and a carrying capacity of 55lbs;
- Mus be able to use power and non-power tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel daily and overnight as needed
