ABOUT THE ROLE:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Hit residential neighborhoods and sell our window cleaning services
- Educate customers on services we provide (higher tickets equal more commission— we’ll teach you how to pitch it)
- Overcome objections and close deals on the spot
- Track leads, follow up, and manage your personal pipeline
- Represent Harrington Window Cleaning like a pro — this is about trust + service
