We are looking for a bilingual, motivated, and results-driven sales representative to join our team in the truck body sales division. Prior experience in selling truck bodies or related automotive products is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable working under a commission-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and engage with potential customers interested in truck bodies.
- Provide personalized customer service and maintain follow-up communication.
- Prepare quotes and close sales effectively.
- Keep client records and sales reports updated.
- Participate in site visits, trade shows, or industry events as needed.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required) – verbal and written.
- Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year in any industry).
- Experience in truck body or automotive sales is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Odoo).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
