In this role, you will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities related to asphalt and concrete parking lot services. This is a client-facing position ideal for someone who is comfortable with cold outreach, relationship-building, and navigating the property management and facilities world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage commercial property owners, managers, and developers
- Conduct site visits and assessments of parking lot conditions
- Prepare and present proposals for paving, maintenance, and repair services
- Follow up on bids and work collaboratively with operations to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meet or exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (construction or asphalt industry)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong time management abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
