Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and report on progress.
- Engage in outside sales activities by meeting clients at their locations to discuss their needs and present solutions.
- Upsell additional products or services that align with client requirements to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong skills in business development and account management.
- Bilingual ( Spanish and English is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred, along with a solid understanding of upselling techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
