Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional Sales Representative to join our team at the front of the store. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge, excellent customer service, and support in selecting the best solutions for their vehicles. This role also offers the opportunity to grow into management or higher earning potential based on performance.
Pay & Benefits
- $20.00 per hour
- Bonus commissions based on sales (eligible after 60 days of training)

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Provide product knowledge on car audio, security, lighting, and related services
- Write estimates and invoices accurately
- Work with technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Assist with inventory, displays, and general shop support
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and energetic with a professional demeanor
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive/audio experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Regular business hours (Monday–Saturday, closed Sundays)
