Entry-Level Sales Representative

Our direct marketing firm is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in customer service, sales, and brand representation while working inside retail partner locations.
We provide full training and support to help you succeed in this role—no prior sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers face to face to promote products, answer questions, and drive sales conversions.
- Promote client products and services inside partnered retail stores
- Explain features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions
- Maintain in-store marketing displays and ensure materials are well-presented
- Track customer interactions and report feedback to the team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working on your feet in a retail environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is helpful but not required
