What We Do
Frazier Contracting is a full-service construction company that provides full roof replacements for both residential and commercial clients across Central and East Florida. We specialize in working with insurance claims, helping property owners get the full value they deserve after storm damage.
As a sales rep, you are the frontline advocate helping people restore their homes with high-quality craftsmanship, smooth project coordination, and excellent customer care.
Your Responsibilities
- Knock doors and generate new leads
- Follow up with office-generated leads
- Attend roof inspections and assist homeowners through the process
- Build trust and close deals on the spot
- Document roofs and property conditions via photos/videos
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance process, and timelines
- Collaborate with office & project management teams
- Track your pipeline and stay organized
- Represent our company with integrity, energy, and professionalism
Qualifications
- No experience required – we’ll train you!
- Roofing sales experience = major bonus
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and walking on roofs
- Must have reliable transportation (truck/SUV preferred) and a valid driver's license
- Smartphone with camera (required)
- Strong communication & people skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish-English)
