Galaxy Concrete Coatings, Inc. specializes in concrete coating solutions. We resurface and coat concrete areas with a top of the line polyurea/polyaspartic system that comes with a lifetime warranty.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, building relationships with clients, and formulating solutions for potential customers. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate our product solutions to potential customers as well as an maintaining customer relations until the installation of our products. During a lead, sales representatives are expected to inspect the concrete area of interest via a series of tests and measurements. The tools for the tests and measurements will be provided along with training. Training will also be provided on our sales presentation and the products that are used in our projects. Responsibilities
- Become proficient in concrete coatings solutions.
- Manage and develop relationships within your assigned leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Create new lead opportunities, including follow-ups for referrals and generating your own leads.
- Reliably arrive to company-proved leads on time. This requires transportation of your own.
- Present project demos to prospective clients, showcasing the superiority and reliability of our products and the manufacturer that backs them.
- Communicate with office administration for tracking sales activities, managing customer expectations, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the company to strategize on customer needs and expectations.
- Perform inspections of the area to be coated.
- Accurately measure the square footage of an area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inside sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep clients engaged.
- Ability to perform inspections and product demonstrations confidently.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
- Ability to collaborate with a potential customer to find the best solution.
- A self-motivated approach to lead generation.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience in the home improvement industry is preferred.
