The Role:
What You’ll Do
- Work inbound leads that are ready to talk insulation
- Cold call, knock doors, network, and market like a boss
- Visit homes, assess needs, and offer smart energy-saving solutions
- Pitch, present, and close the deal with confidence
- Follow up like it’s your superpower
- Track everything in our CRM and hit your targets
- Stay sharp on industry trends, new products, and competitors
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (home services, construction, or insulation = major bonus)
- Strong communicator who can make complex stuff sound simple
- Self-starter who’s not afraid of rejection or hard work
- Organized, focused, and hungry for results
- Driver’s license and reliable wheels
