- Sale merchandise - meeting the prospects, presenting and demonstrating the products, inducing the prospects to buy, taking orders and effecting sales.
- Guide your customers - Show your customers why our products are the best and explain to them how they can help our customers in the best way.
- Attending to complaints - Settle the grievances quickly and sincerely.
- Know and understand the sales promotions and policies etc.
- Keep the store up to date with our promoting merchandise and follow instructions on how to do so.
- Follow daily opening and closing procedures

Qualifications
- Negotiation skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Outside sales experience preferred

- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Technical sales expertise
- Proficiency in Spanish would be a plus
