Duties

- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
- Engage in both inside sales and outside sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and create strategies for B2B outreach.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Experience in lead generation and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
