- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or industrial products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with both in-office work and local travel
- Experience selling to or working with retail store buyers is a plus
- Knowledge of plastics or packaging is a strong asset
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
