JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an outgoing, motivated individual with a passion for connecting with people? PDR-Team, Inc. is looking for dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team! As a D2D Sales Rep, you'll be the face of our company, visiting local neighborhoods to promote our top-of-the-line paintless dent repair services. You'll engage directly with homeowners, offering them a solution for hail damage repair, making their car look as good as new.

Key Responsibilities: - Knock on doors and engage potential customers: Introduce them to our hail repair service with enthusiasm and professionalism. - Present our services: Clearly explain how our paintless dent repair process works, highlighting the benefits and cost savings. - Generate leads and close sales: Identify potential customers, address their concerns, and turn interest into signed deals. - Maintain customer relationships: Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and future referrals. - Track progress and report to management: Keep accurate records of daily activities, feedback, and sales performance.

What We're Looking For: - People skills: You’re a natural at building rapport and making connections quickly. - Drive and ambition: You’re goal-oriented and enjoy a challenge, with a passion for closing deals and achieving sales targets. - Resilience: Door-to-door sales can be tough, but you thrive in dynamic environments and bounce back from setbacks. - Communication: Clear, persuasive, and friendly, you can easily explain product benefits and build trust with customers. - Physical stamina: You’re comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods, rain or shine. - Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or whenever customers are available.

Qualifications: - Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
