Piazza’s Insurance Services is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Field Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for college students, recent grads, or self-starters interested in the insurance industry. No license or experience is required—we’ll train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local commercial businesses in your assigned area
- Professionally introduce our insurance agency and gather key business details
- Identify potential insurance opportunities and generate warm leads
- Set appointments for licensed producers to follow up
- Log and track all activity through CRM or lead sheets
- Attend brief weekly check-ins or team meetings (in-person or remote)
Qualifications
- Outgoing and confident with strong communication skills
- Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation
- Punctual, self-motivated, and organized
- Comfortable walking into local businesses and talking to owners/staff
- Business casual appearance required while in the field
- Interest in long-term career growth is a plus (but not required)
Compensation & Perks
