About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with referral sources, increasing patient referrals, and promoting our services within the community. This role combines fieldwork with remote coordination to support our outreach and marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of referral sources including physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
- Meet and exceed monthly patient referral goals.
- Conduct outreach to healthcare providers and corporate partners to promote PT of The City’s services.
- Attend community events and health fairs to increase brand awareness.
- Track and manage referral activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach materials and campaigns.
- Provide insights on market trends and share feedback with leadership.
- Represent the practice at professional conferences and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: English (required); bilingual a plus.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license for local travel.
- Knowledge of the physical therapy or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
Work Environment:
- On-site: 70% (field visits, events, in-person meetings)
- Remote: 30% (CRM updates, planning, and reporting)
