About the Role:
We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals with at least 1 year of experience in selling roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. This is a commission-only, 1099 position with the ability to set your own schedule and maintain an exceptional work/life balance.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate your own outside sales leads and follow up on office-generated leads distributed on a rotating basis.
- Manage a pipeline of company-set leads and your own self-gen activity
- Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners to assess needs and present customized solutions.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Guide customers through the insurance restoration process when applicable.
- Prepare detailed estimates and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in exterior home improvement sales
- Ability to complete full exterior inspections which includes getting on roofs
- Familiarity with retail sales and insurance restoration processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor (independent sales role).
