Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and install crews, providing exceptional service, and driving sales in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands on high level trade experience and 3+ years of construction sales/customer interface experience in either plumbing or electrical. Commission only is preferred but we can come up with a custom employment package for the right candidate.

Requirements
- Previous experience in construction sales with a history of installing some kind of similar trade (plumbing/water purification/electrical) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- The candidate must be comfortable hunting down lead opportunities via networking groups and other lead generating sources.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
