Qualifications
- License:
- Drivers License (Required)
- Auto Sales License (Can be obtained after employment)
Duties include:
- Sales representatives spend time with customers to establish their needs and wants
- Sales representatives must be very knowledgeable in the products they represent. Manufacturer training is provided.
- Sales representatives must present and explain quotes for leasing and financing vehicles
- Follow up with all prospects and previous customers are a major part of your responsibilities and the key to success.
- The ability to communicate professionally with on line prospects is extremely important
- Sales representatives must have the desire and drive to be successful. Automotive Sales can be a very rewarding, exciting, and high-earning career with the proper dedication and desire.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience
- A strong desire to succeed
- Enthusiasm, energy, outgoing, professionalism, and communication skills are all necessary
- A clean drivers license record
- Solid computer, internet, email, and phone skills are required
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- The ability to ask for, close, and follow up on a sale
- Some evenings and all Saturday availability
- ***Must be able to work Saturday
