Job Description: As a Project Manager / Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion while also actively seeking new sales opportunities. Your ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality results will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects, including estimating, scheduling, and overseeing the construction process.
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Prepare accurate project bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and sales within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to estimate and bid on projects accurately.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Organized with strong project management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- 10% commission on sales.
