What are we looking for?
- Reporting into the National Sales Director and having access to market intelligence resources, this role will be the door of our products to our clients!
- Showcase our products to train our customers on RUBI tools´ products.
- Provide our customers with support and expert advice about our tools and solve their product questions.
- Strive to achieve sales goals for your location through effective relationship management of current customers.
- Seek for new clients to grow RUBI tools presence in the region.
- Gather valuable feedback from the field on competitive landscape, pricing, market challenges and innovation, while being close to the end user.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, tooling, tile industry, or similar preferred.
- Sales minimum 2 years of experience
- Commercial skills and ability to make technical demonstrations in public.
- Negotiation and communication skills, goal orientation and passion to explore and open new accounts.
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 70% within the designated geographic area.
- Skills in the use of machines and hand tools.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Must be a team player and align with our company's values.
- Driving license
Other requirements:
Additional requirements are having the ability to legally work in the USA and having experience performing the role that you are applying for. Having a good attitude and a desire to learn is always a plus but having the necessary skills and experience is a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
