Our Project Managers are independent contractors (1099). They have a strong understanding of the roofing sales process, excel at lead generation, building relationships, and managing the customers project.
We have a unmatched company culture, company wide FUN outings, company wide events, incomparable role support. Since this is a 1099 commission only position, the commission spilts are VERY competitive and the commission is uncapped!
What you’ll do:
- Obtain new clientele through referral sources, networking, leads, and door-to-door
- Collaborate with a client’s insurance carrier to ensure coverage is extended for loss sustained
- Supervise your restoration projects, ensuring they are executed up to Mission Restoration’s standards
Physical Requirements:
- Required to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder and get on top of the roof
- Frequently lift and/or move more than 10 pounds
- Carry a ladder
Compensation: 1099 Independent Contractor; Competitive Commission
