Motivated Customer Service and Sales Position
Job Purpose:
- Our mission is to help customers start up (or upgrade) their business successfully, all while staying within budget as best as possible.
- Educating our customers on what will suit them best so they can make smart decisions for their business.
Job Duties:
- The responsibilities for this role include:
- Answering phones and assisting with new and open orders.
- Implementing project processes.
- Responding to emails and text messages.
- Creating estimates and invoices, requiring a basic to advanced understanding of mathematics.
- Properly filing or delegating client paperwork such as tax exemption forms, purchase orders, W9s, and vendor packets.
- Maintaining organized office documents, including invoices, purchase orders, tax exemptions, and receipts.
- Keeping the workspace neat, clean, and organized.
- Maintaining excellent customer service and diligently following up with clients.
- Being a team player.
- Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback from and to upper management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older with a VALID drivers license
- Able to lift at least 25lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Be a problem solver rather than a problem seeker
- Professionalism and courtesy with customers. We need them, not the other way around
- Be attentive to detail & quality
- Have a positive and coach-able attitude
- Team, team, team. We cannot get anywhere without one another
