We are 80 years doing business selling Aviation Hardware and supply. Please send resume with contact information, available start date and wage requirements. We are looking for a full time postions and looking for long term. Monday thru Friday 8am to 5 pm Medical benefits are partly paid by company.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- High school diploma or GED
- Aptitude for learning computer applications - Mac
- Self starter, outgoing, fast learner
- A mix of processing email and phone orders, retail counter sales - great phone etiquette
- hardware knowledge would be a plus (not necessary)
- Process order and PO with follow up with suppliers & customers
- Sourcing hardware to meet customer requirements
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads from existing customers
- Greeting customers and providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Maintaining store presentation, stocking inventory, straightening displays and cleaning the salesfloor
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Willing to train motivated entry level individuals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
