Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Support senior sales team members in conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Help maintain customer records and update information in our CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, including preparing sales reports and tracking leads.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
