Sales Support /Customer Service Role
Basta Boatlifts is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Support person in SeaTac, WA. The right candidate is not only a skilled communicator, but is also a reliable, fun and focused team member. We are a seasonal wholesale company, which is fast paced in the spring and summer and slower in the Fall and Winter. The role reports directly to the VP of Sales and is usually the first interaction with the customer. This means screening calls, leads and handling occasional walk-up retail customers.
With an office team of only 10, we need team members who are willing and interested to help in other departments when there is a need.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls (mostly dealer calls)
- Reviewing and responding to sales leads
- Processing Sales Orders
- Customer/Dealer Support
- Booking freight
- Administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as required
Skills:
- Two handed typing
- Ability to relate and connect with customers
- Required- Outlook, Excel
- Preffered- SAP, ShipStation, Teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years:
- Reception/Customer Service
- Sales support
- Ability to work collaboratively and alone
- Fast learner
- Supportive of change
- Self-starter
- Strong attention to detail
- History of good attendance- on-time, every day
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Prior employer and subordinate references

Our production facility is within walking distance of the Angle Lake light rail station.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, DOE
Shift:
- 10-hour shift- 7am – 5:30pm
- Monday to Thursday
